• Prices shown for gold product is triple key at $400 gold market, platinum pricing is triple key at $1000 platinum market and can be found in the back of the catalog. Precious metal prices will be based on the market the day the order is shipped.
• Findings, stones, stock, solders, and wire are sold by piece. Casting grain and alloy are sold by weight . Quantity discounts at three (3), Six (6), twelve (12), fifty (50) and one hundred (100). Discounts are for items of the same style number.
• Mountings are sold by dwt., plus labor charges.

Orders placed by 4:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day.
Changes in orders need to be made by 3:30 pm.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return with a copy of your invoice within 30 days. Returns after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. No returns on altered merchandise, special orders, items cut or made to your specifications.

• All past due accounts are charged 1.5% on the past due balance. NSF checks will be charged $25.
